Flexible placement method
It can be used on a single floor or on a platform, or stacked in two or three layers (with a cultivation volume of over 60L and a 3mm amplitude specification, more than 23000 parallel experiments can be conducted). When stacked in three layers, the top pallet can be pulled out at a height of only 1.4 meters from the ground, and experimenters can operate it lightly.
Pull down, load-bearing incubator door
A pull-down, load-bearing incubator door that automatically forms an operating platform when opened, allowing the oscillation tray to be fully pulled out for easy access to sample bottles. The operation is simple, fast, and greatly improves space utilization. The guide rails for pulling out and pushing back the oscillation plate are equipped with automatic locking locks after being placed in place, so the oscillation plate will not move misplaced. There are also sliding bearings on the guide rails, which can easily drag heavy load-bearing pallets (55kg).
Double layered glass door
The inner and outer double-layer safety glass doors have good thermal insulation performance, allowing the shaking table to observe the internal shaking bottles (with refrigeration system) well even at room temperature below 23 ℃. A flat surface is also easy to clean.

Excellent temperature control effect
The box body is made of composite materials (polyurethane+carbon fiber) and stainless steel, which not only has high strength, but also has good insulation effect. Combined with INFORS' PID control parameter setting and automatic tracking adjustment function, as well as a unique air circulation system, there are no temperature dead corners in the cavity, ensuring the uniformity of the temperature field inside the box body. The temperature stability is ± 0.1 ℃, and the temperature field uniformity reaches ± 0.2 ℃; The movable sensor inside the matching box can accurately detect and control the temperature of the culture bottle (the following figure shows the temperature inside the culture bottle at various points inside the box, with a set point of 30.0 ℃).
The control characteristics of temperature are also applicable to other parameter controls, such as humidity control, CO2 concentration control, etc., which can achieve good stability and uniformity, ensuring that the culture bottle is in the same growth environment.
Waterproof design of cultivation box
The waterproof design of the incubator includes components that are sensitive to water or mist, including the drive motor and electronic components, which are placed outside the incubator. Therefore, the incubator can be cultured in a high temperature and high humidity environment (please choose INFORS sterilization steam direct humidification unit). Unexpected bottle breakage during the cultivation process will not cause damage to the incubator. The bottom of the incubator can be directly splashed with water for cleaning, or cleaned with cleaning agents or sterilizing agents to ensure a sterile environment inside the incubator. The bottom drain can easily release cleaning liquid, and it can be fully sealed after processing.
Dynamic Balanced Drive System
The dynamic balance drive system has the main drive of the entire pallet on the eccentric axis at the center, and four force points distributed around the central axis form a three-dimensional irregular quadrilateral, thus forming a five point balance drive system. The drive system can automatically balance the force situation according to the load on the pallet, achieving a stable effect. Even if the load on the rocker is uneven, it can run quietly and stably, and can start and brake smoothly without noise, deviation, good coordination, low friction, long continuous working time, and low energy consumption. Accurately control the oscillation speed, with a control accuracy of 0.1 RPM and an oscillation speed range of 20~400 RPM.

Direct Clean Humidification System
>INFORS humidification and humidity control kit uses stainless steel heating plates with accurate temperature control for humidification, ensuring stable and reliable humidity control, and minimizing the drawbacks of traditional humidification methods
>If humidification is required, the control water inlet solenoid valve will automatically open, and water droplets will drip onto the 316L stainless steel heating plate at 140 ℃. The high-temperature heating plate will quickly vaporize the water into molecular water vapor while sterilizing, and use its own volume to expand into the incubator. Sterilization unit
UV sterilization unit (optional)

Antibacterial cultivation surface (optional)
>Antibacterial cultivation chamber surface, antibacterial surface treatment, microorganisms that settle on the surface of the box will be directly killed, with a sterilization effect>105 times, which can kill bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms. Due to the contact killing process, the cells inside the culture bottle are safe and there is no harm to the operators. The antibacterial surface can maintain its effectiveness for more than 10 years even under UV light irradiation and detergent cleaning, and will not weaken over time. Each device comes with a label and qualification certificate (installed in the operating manual).
